Hello!  My name is Byron Dickens, and I am the founder and director of the AEVL organization. I have founded this organization for students to have the opportunity to learn vocational skills through many hands-on experiences. The various skills that they will acquire through this program study will better equip them for the challenges that lie just ahead of them.

     Our aim is to bring this knowledge to all children regardless of their ethnic, gender, cultural background. Together we can work towards a better tomorrow. So, whether they are at school, a childcare center or at home we'll bring the educational environment to them, so that they can come to know their fullest potential. We look forward to working with you and your children.

AEVL's Safety Policy

We treat all students and staff with the upmost of care. The health and safety of those under our supervision is our top priority. We maintain a current Adult and pediatric First aid & CPR certification. And stay up to date on current safety protocols. All of our tools and equipment are inspected before they are used by staff & students. to ensure that there are no defects or potential "points of concerns." You can find an active list of tools an utensils we use in our policy handbook for reference. "Any point of concerned must be addressed in a timely manner and addressed by way of written statement and signature. "
